Purpose of These Guidelines
Qrave aims to be a safe and welcoming community where travelers around the world can share their travel experiences. These guidelines establish the rules of our community to ensure all users can enjoy the service.
Encouraged Use
- Sharing travel experiences, photos, and recommended spots - Constructive comments and likes on other users' posts - Providing helpful travel-related information - Respectful communication with other users
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behavior are prohibited: - Hate speech and discriminatory language - Violent or graphic imagery - Sexually explicit content - Harassment, bullying, or threats toward other users - Unauthorized sharing of personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) - Spam, scams, and phishing - Content that infringes copyrights or intellectual property rights - False or misleading information - Impersonation - Promotion of illegal activities
How to Report
If you find inappropriate content or users, you can report them through: - The "Report" button on user profile screens - The "Report" option on posts - The "Report" option on comments All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and addressed within 24 hours.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of these guidelines may result in: - Removal of violating content (within 24 hours of report) - Warning notification - Temporary account suspension - Permanent account ban The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation. Severe violations (violent content, illegal activity, etc.) may result in an immediate permanent ban, even for first-time offenses.
Appeals
If you wish to appeal an account suspension or content removal, please contact support@qrave-travel.com. Our team will re-review the case and respond within 5 business days.
Qrave
