1. Operator

2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Qrave (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Definitions
"User" refers to any individual who uses the Service. "Content" refers to text, images, and other data posted, uploaded, or submitted by users to the Service.
4. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals aged 13 or older. Individuals under 13 may not use the Service. Users between 13 and 17 years of age must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Service.
5. Account
Users must register an account with accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for managing their accounts and may not transfer or share access with third parties.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities on the Service: - Activities that violate applicable laws - Harassment, defamation, or disturbance of other users - Interference with the operation of the Service - Unauthorized access or reverse engineering - Posting false or misleading information - Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content - Posting spam or commercial advertisements - Collecting or disclosing other users' personal information without authorization
7. User-Generated Content
Users retain copyright of their posted content. However, users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content as necessary for providing, improving, and promoting the Service. The Operator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice. Reported content will be reviewed and addressed within 24 hours.
8. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights related to the Service (excluding user-posted content) belong to the Operator or its licensors.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
The Operator may suspend or permanently ban a user's account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or if deemed necessary for the operation of the Service. Permanently banned users will be completely restricted from accessing the Service. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from such suspension or termination.
10. Service Modification, Interruption, and Termination
The Operator may modify, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the Service in the following cases: - System maintenance or inspection - Force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures - Other circumstances deemed unavoidable by the Operator The Operator will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice before terminating the Service.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." The Operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. If the Operator is found liable, the scope of liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages.
12. Changes to Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms as necessary. For significant changes, we will notify users through the Service or other appropriate means. Updated Terms become effective upon posting, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
